Reports

The reporting module in the system provides users with a comprehensive view of various reports pertaining to different aspects of the organization. These reports are categorized into distinct sections, allowing users to access valuable insights into the performance and compliance of drivers, customers, suppliers, trucks, compliance adherence, Driver and Fuel cash limit, mileage tracking and sim usage. The reporting functionality is designed based on Selected dates.

1. Driver Reports

Driver reports encompass a range of metrics related to driver performance, including trip completion rates and their trip related details like Trip Id, Customer name, Supplier Name, Truck no, Total KM of the trip, Source and destination names. All this data will display based on the Branches.

2. Customer Reports

Easily analyze specific trip details related to customers within the system. By clicking on the '+' button near the customer ID, user can access detailed trip information, including:

  1. Trip ID
  2. Supplier Name
  3. Source
  4. Destination
  5. Truck Number
  6. Trip Kilometers

The data will be displayed based on the type of truck used for the trip, allowing you to review and understand customer-related metrics tailored to different vehicle categories. This feature helps user to gain insights into customer trips efficiently and make informed decisions based on the analyzed data.

Filters

User can view customer data by applying filters according to their needs:

Date: Filter trips based on specific date ranges to focus on recent or historical data.

Branches: Narrow down user can analysis to trips associated with specific branches or locations.

Truck Types: Filter trip data to view information related to specific types of trucks used for transportation.

These filters provide added flexibility, allowing user to customize data view and refine user analysis to meet their specific requirements.

3.Supplier Reports

This reports provide information on Trips taken by a supplier based on truck type with trips count . Users can assess the reliability and efficiency of suppliers through these reports.

Filters :

User can view Supplier data by applying filters according to their needs:

Date: Filter trips based on specific date ranges to focus on recent or historical data.

Branches: Narrow down user can analysis to trips associated with specific branches or locations.

Truck Types: Filter trip data to view information related to specific types of trucks used for transportation.

4. Truck Reports

Truck reports provide valuable insights into the health and utilization of the fleet within the organization. Metrics such as maintenance status, fuel efficiency, net profit, and overall performance contribute to a comprehensive view of the organization's truck fleet. Users can access detailed information about the trucks associated with the organization, with the ability to view data on a month-by-month basis.

Additionally, users can utilize filter and search functions in specific columns such as the Truck Number and Truck Type columns for enhanced data exploration.

5. Compliance Reports

Compliance reports provide detailed insights into the organization's adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This encompasses data on trips related to employees based on their roles and responsibilities within the organization. Users can access comprehensive information about trips by clicking the '+' icon near the employee name column. This feature allows users to view detailed trip information created by specific employees, facilitating compliance monitoring and ensuring adherence to organizational policies.

Filter :

Users can view employee-related data within compliance reports by applying filters according to their specific needs. The following filtering options are available:

Date Range:

 Filter trips based on specific date ranges to focus on recent or historical data. Users can specify start and end dates to narrow down the data view.

Role Selection:

 Users can select multiple roles based on their needs. This allows for filtering data to include only trips related to specific roles within the organization.

Employee Name:

 Utilizing this filter, users can narrow down the data view based on employee names. This enables targeted analysis of trip-related activities associated with specific employees.

Uses :

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, minimizing the risk of penalties or legal issues.

Transparent Trip Monitoring: Provide transparency into trip-related activities, enabling effective monitoring and oversight.

6. Mileage Reports

Mileage reports provide valuable insights into the mileage of individual vehicles or the entire fleet within the organization. Users can analyze fuel consumption, track mileage trends, and optimize routes for efficiency. These reports offer detailed information, including truck number, truck type, category, fuel details, start and final kilometers, mileage, and cost per kilometer.

Key Metrics

Truck Number: Identifies the unique identification number assigned to each truck within the fleet.

Truck Type: Specifies the type or category of the truck, aiding in categorization and fleet management.

Category: Classifies vehicles into specific categories or groups based on predefined criteria.

Fuel Details:

Fuel (Liter): Quantifies the amount of fuel consumed by the vehicle, measured in liters.

Rate: Indicates the rate at which fuel is consumed, typically measured in currency per liter.

Amount (Liter * Rate): Calculates the total cost of fuel consumed based on the fuel rate and quantity.

Start and end Kilometers: Records the initial and final odometer readings of the vehicle for a specific trip or duration.

Mileage: Calculates the distance covered by the vehicle during a trip or over a certain period, typically measured in kilometers.

Cost per Kilometer: Determines the cost incurred per kilometer traveled by the vehicle, helping in cost analysis and efficiency evaluation.

The Sim Tracked Trips Report provides users with detailed information on trips tracked via SIM cards. Users can easily access vital trip data, including Trip ID, Source, Destination, Truck Number, Driver Name and Mobile, Sim Tracking Requested By (Employee Name), Start and End Dates, Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), Total Kilometers, Kilometers Traveled, and Trip Duration.

8. Indent Reports

The Indent Reports offer users comprehensive insights into indents created within the organization, providing detailed information on various aspects such as request status, placement date, customer details, trip conversion, and more. Users can access data including the count of requests, required, closed, failed, and cancelled indents, along with specifics like customer name, source, destination, truck type, and tonnage.

9. Driver and Fuel cash limit

In this section, users can monitor excess fuel and driver cash consumption on a trip-by-trip basis. Users have the option to configure fuel and driver cash limits in the customer lane section of the Customer detail page. Once configured, users can easily track and manage fuel and driver cash expenditures.
