Full CPS

The Full CPS trip creation and pricing update process ensure seamless management of trips where the customer pays the supplier directly. By selecting the supplier checkbox during trip confirmation, both customer and supplier prices are aligned, and any charges applied to the customer will also affect the supplier, maintaining equal pricing throughout the trip.

Creating Full CPS Trips:

  1. Navigate to Trip Confirmation Page:

    • Access the trip confirmation page in the system where user initiate trip creation and confirmation processes.
  2. Select Full CPS Checkbox:

    • While confirming the trip, locate the checkbox next to the supplier's name.
    • Check the checkbox to indicate that this trip will be a Full CPS trip, where the customer pays the supplier directly.

  1. Update Customer Price to Supplier:
    • Upon selecting the supplier checkbox, the system will automatically update the customer price to match the supplier's price.
    • Both customer and supplier prices will be equal for the trip.

Price Adjustment Flow:

  1. Trip Confirmation:

    • After confirming the trip, any charges applied to the customer will also affect the supplier.
    • This includes both adding and reducing charges during the trip.
  2. Equal Pricing for Customer and Supplier:

    • Throughout the trip, the system ensures that both customer and supplier prices remain equal.
    • Any adjustments made to the customer's charges will reflect in the supplier's charges accordingly.

Charges Impacting Customer and Supplier:

  1. Added Charges:

    • If additional charges are applied to the customer during the trip (e.g., loading, additional services), these charges will also affect the supplier.
    • The supplier will be compensated for the additional charges incurred by the customer.
  2. Reduced Charges:

    • Conversely, if charges are reduced for the customer (e.g., Extra Ton, GST), the supplier's charges will also be adjusted accordingly.
    • The supplier's compensation will be reduced to reflect the changes in the customer's charges.
