Bidding refers to the act of offering a specific amount of money for something while competing against other people to purchase it.

How to Create Bidding Request:

Step 1 :

Create Indent (https://erpnext.digitify.app/docs/indent/create_indent)

Step 2 :

After creating the indent, the bidding icon should appear in the indent card.

When you click the bidding icon, five respective fields should be displayed:

Supplier: If you click on the supplier, the supplier list should appear.

Truck Number: If you select the truck number, the truck location and truck status should automatically populate. Truck location is editable.

After creating the bidding request, it should also be visible in the Indent card and Supplier Portal.

How to Create Supplier Bidding Request:

If supplier clicks the "Bid" icon, it will display four respective fields, and the truck number location becomes editable.

When filling out the truck detail truck no, Truck status and Truck's current location are required. After updated bidding button will enabled.

After clicking the "Bidding" icon, the supplier's interest will change. Now, it will also be visible in the admin portal.
