Automatching

Matching indent orders involves several key steps, which are categorized based on specific criteria, ensuring an efficient and effective matching process:

Matching Based on Truck Location:

For successful matching, the source location mentioned in the indent should be the same as the current location of the truck, within the limit of 120 kilometers.

Additionally, the type of truck mentioned in the indent should correspond to the category of the truck assigned for the specific transportation task, ensuring a match within the respective truck categories (Attached, Own, or Market).

Supplier Request Matching:

  1. If a request from a supplier perfectly matches an existing indent (same starting and ending points), it's considered a match.

This simplifies the process, making sure the right truck is in the right place, and supplier requests align smoothly with existing indents.
