Enhanced Indent Tracking with Time and Customer-Based Data

In this release, we have introduced a new feature that allows you to track the count of open and closed indents in the Indent Tab of the application. This feature provides you with separate data based on the indent creation time, enabling you to better manage your indents and monitor their status.

Key Features:

Indent Count Tracking:

  1. You can now easily monitor the number of open and closed indents within the Indent Tab.
  2. The system provides separate data based on the time when each indent was created, allowing for more granular tracking and analysis.

How It Works:

  1. Open Indents:
  2. The system displays the total count of open indents in real-time. This count reflects the number of indents that are currently pending or in progress.
  3. Indent Creation Time:
  4. For enhanced tracking, the system categorizes indents based on their creation time. This categorization allows you to view and analyze indents created within specific time frames as Today(Less than 24 Hrs) and >24 Hrs.

Consistent Action Column Placed at first in Across Application Tabs

  1. The "Action" column is now placed as the first column in all tabs within the application.
  2. This column is frozen, ensuring it remains visible as you scroll horizontally, making actions readily accessible.

Consistent Editing:

  1. Whether you are managing data, users, or any other information in the application, the "Action" column will always be at the forefront.
  2. Easily edit, modify, or perform actions on items without having to search for the relevant column.

In this release, we have introduced three new columns in the "Salary" tab under the "Own Trucks" section. These columns, namely "Fuel," "Fastag," and "Expense," will provide you with enhanced visibility and control over salary-related data for your own trucks.

In this release, introduce two powerful tabs, "Partner Outstanding" and "Truck Outstanding," within the Fuel Detail Page under the "Trucks > Fuel" section. These tabs provide essential insights into outstanding amounts related to the fuel station, enhancing your financial management capabilities.

Partner Outstanding Tab:

  1. The "Partner Outstanding" tab displays detailed information regarding outstanding amounts associated with partner relationships related to the selected fuel station.
  2. It allows you to view and manage outstanding amounts specific to partners connected to the fuel station.

Truck Outstanding Tab:

  1. The "Truck Outstanding" tab provides a comprehensive overview of the total outstanding amount for all trucks associated with the selected fuel station.
  2. It simplifies tracking and managing outstanding amounts across all trucks at the fuel station.

New "Series Prefix" Added In Organization Master Tab

In the organization's Master tab, a new feature named 'Series Prefix' has been added. Using this feature users can create a customized ID or value based on their Brand name. This series is editable by the admin, and it allows a maximum of 4 characters.

If it is edited or changed by the admin, it will have an impact on indents, trips, trucks, drivers, suppliers, and customers.

Displaying Supplier Payments in Supplier Portal

In this release, a significant enhancement had added to Supplier Portal. Now suppliers can able to view and track supplier payments directly within the portal. This feature provides greater transparency and convenience for both suppliers and organization.

  1. The Supplier Portal now includes a dedicated section for displaying supplier payments.
  2. Suppliers can access information related to payments made to them by your organization.

Payment Visibility:

  1. Upon logging into the Supplier Portal, suppliers will find a new "Payments" section that provides details about payments they have received.

Enhanced Transparency: Suppliers have instant access to their payment history, promoting transparency.

Convenient Access: Suppliers no longer need to inquire separately about payment status, reducing communication overhead.

Efficient Collaboration: Streamline relationship with suppliers by providing a self-service payment tracking option.

A new Excel download option has been added in the "Trucks" tab under the "Trucks" section.

In these tabs, users have the option to download the displayed truck data in Excel format. When they choose to download, the system provides them with the flexibility to customize the columns they want to include in the Excel file. This customization feature allows users to select specific data fields or attributes that they need for their analysis, reports, or any other purpose.

By allowing users to customize the columns, the system empowers them with greater control over the data they access and enables them to focus on the information that matters most to them. This feature promotes efficiency and convenience in managing trip data and generating reports, as users can obtain precisely the data they require without any unnecessary information cluttering their reports.
