A new column named "Branch (S)" has been added, where users can view the source branch of the trip in the "Accounts > Customer > Invoice Pending" tab.

In the interface, a new column called "Branch (S)" has been added. This column allows user to easily see the origin branch of each trip.

Users could also filter the branch information directly using the filter button next to the "Branch (S)" column header.

Added new columns for "Profit/Loss value" and "Profit/Loss percentage" in the "Accounts > Supplier > Advance" tab.

These columns provide users with additional insights into profit and loss related to supplier advances.

The "Profit/Loss value" column showcases the numerical value representing the profit or loss incurred for each advance.

The "Profit/Loss percentage" column displays the percentage value representing the profit or loss ratio for each supplier advance.

These columns assist users in better analyzing and understanding the financial aspects related to supplier advances, aiding in decision-making and financial management.

"Excel Download" feature added to the "E way bill" tab in the desk.

  1. Implemented the "Excel Download" functionality in the "E-way bill" tab within the desk interface.
  2. This feature enables users to download E-way bill-related data in Excel format directly from the E-way bill tab.
  3. Users can access and utilize this Excel download option to extract and store E-way bill data for further analysis or reporting purposes.

Handling Expired E-way Bills in LR Update Dropdown

If the e-way bill has expired, it will not appear in the dropdown list when updating LR. However, it can still be accessed by searching for it specifically.

To enhance the supplier Know Your Customer (KYC) process, a new mandatory requirement has been implemented. The primary account number and its associated image are now necessary for approving supplier KYC.

This requirement aims to ensure a more comprehensive validation process for supplier information and compliance.

New PAN Document Section for Market Trucks

A new PAN document section has been introduced specifically for market trucks. This section facilitates the inclusion and management of PAN (Permanent Account Number) documents tailored for market truck-related records.

This enhancement streamlines the process of managing PAN-related documentation in alignment with market truck operations.

Lorry Receipt (LR) Mandatory for trips can be Configure by Admin or BM in Organization Tab.

Admin or BM roles within the organization have the capability to configure the mandatory of LR (Lorry Receipt) for trips by accessing the Master tab in the Organization tab in desk.

Enabling this checkbox within the Master tab imposes the mandatory LR requirement for upcoming trips.

Document Expiry Date for Market Category Trucks

Document expiry date functionality has been introduced for market category trucks. Users can now enter and track the expiration dates of various documents associated with market category trucks.

This enhancement ensures better management and timely renewal of essential documents, contributing to improved compliance and operational efficiency within the system.

After selected date it will display in expired date column in document section.

In the Track Application, users can now upload Proof of Delivery (POD) images but are unable to approve them.

In the Track section, users can upload images related to the Proof of Delivery (POD). However, the approval for these PODs cannot be done within the Track interface. Instead, this approval function is exclusively available in the Desk platform.

Only users holding specific roles like admin, BM, or Billing roles have the permission to approve these PODs in the Desk section.
