Mobile Number Validation for Supplier Users while add or edit

In this release, introduced an enhancement to the supplier management module to ensure the uniqueness of mobile numbers for each supplier user. With this improvement, the system now validates and restricts the addition or editing of a supplier user's mobile number to maintain data integrity.

Mobile Number Uniqueness

Add New Supplier: When adding a new supplier, the system now checks if the provided mobile number is already associated with another supplier user. If a match is found, the system prevents the addition and prompts the user to enter a unique mobile number.

Edit Existing Supplier: During the editing process of an existing supplier, the system verifies that the modified mobile number is not already assigned to another supplier user. If a duplicate is detected, the system prevents the update and notifies the user to choose a different mobile number.

1. Add New Supplier:

  1.  When adding a new supplier, input the mobile number.
  2.  The system will validate the uniqueness of the mobile number.
  3.  If the mobile number is unique, the supplier is added successfully.
  4.  If a duplicate is detected, an error message will guide you to provide a unique mobile number.

2. Edit Existing Supplier:

  1.  Navigate to the supplier editing interface.
  2.  Modify the mobile number as needed.
  3.  The system will verify the uniqueness of the updated mobile number.
  4.  If the mobile number is unique, the supplier is updated successfully.
  5.  If a duplicate is detected, an error message will prompt you to choose a different mobile number.

Enhanced Sim Tracking Report in Analytics

In this release, the Analytics module has been enriched with additional columns in the Sim Tracking Report. Users can now access crucial information such as Ping count, Requested By, ETA (Estimate Time of Arrival), and Intransit TAT (Intransit Turnaround Time). Additionally, introduced the Excel Sheet download feature, allowing users to conveniently reference and analyze the data offline.

Key Features

1. Ping

Number of pings received from the driver's mobile number via the provider.

2. Requested By

Identifies the user who initiated the sim tracking. This is the username of the person who clicked the sim tracking button in the trip detail page.

3. ETA (Estimate Time of Arrival)

Represents the estimated time at which the truck is expected to reach its destination.

4. Intransit TAT (Intransit Turnaround Time)

Displays the number of hours the trip has been in the Intransit status.

Excel Sheet Download

Users now have the option to download the Sim Tracking Report in Excel format for convenient offline analysis and reference.

Benefits

Enhanced Visibility: The additional columns provide a more comprehensive view of sim tracking data, aiding in better decision-making.

User Accountability: Knowing who requested sim tracking helps in tracking user activities and promoting accountability.

Operational Insights: ETA and Intransit TAT offer valuable insights into the expected time of arrival and the efficiency of Intransit operations.

Data Reference: Excel Sheet download feature facilitates easy data reference and analysis outside the platform.

Allowing Special Characters (like &, - and .) while adding supplier and Customer.

In response to user feedback and to enhance the flexibility of data entry, this release introduces the ability to include special characters (such as &, - and .) while adding supplier and customer information. Users can now use a broader range of characters to accurately represent and differentiate their suppliers and customers names.

Introduction of "Number of Packages" Field in Update LR Page

In this release, we have introduced a new field named "No of Packages" in the Update LR (Loading Report) page. This enhancement provides users with the flexibility to specify the number of packages in the container while updating LR information. The "No of Packages" field is non-mandatory, allowing users to choose whether or not to provide this information based on their specific needs.

That updated data will display in LR detail module.

Add Maintenance feature for truck in track as same as Desk

In this release, introduce the seamless integration of the Maintenance Tracking feature within the Track module. Users can now conveniently add and manage truck maintenance by clicking the "Add Maintenance" button directly in the Track interface in Truck detail page. The enhanced module provides the same user-friendly experience as the existing flow in the Desk module, allowing users to update maintenance data effortlessly.
