   • Data retrieval occurs frequently, approximately every three hours.

3. Location of Retrieved E-way Bill Numbers

   • The e-way bill numbers fetched from the portal are conveniently located under the "E-way Bill" tab in Desk.
   • Users can easily access these numbers for reference and assignment to trips.

4. Assigning E-way Bills to Trips

   • When updating LR (loading receipt), users can assign e-way bill numbers to trips.
   • Simply search for the relevant e-way bill number in the E-way bill field during the LR update process.
