Manual LR Mandatory fields Configuration

Introduce a new feature in the Master tab under the Organization section - Manual LR Mandatory Configuration. This feature empowers users to customize their manual LR fields based on their specific needs.

How it Works:

1. Access the Master tab under the Organization section.

2. Navigate to the new row named "LR Mandatory"

3. Click on the table icon to open the LR Mandatory Fields module.

4. In the module, all fields of the manual LR will be displayed.

5. Users can configure the LR by checking the checkbox in the Required column against their desired field names.

6. Once configured, click the submit button to save the changes.

This feature provides users with greater flexibility and control over their manual LR setup.

Supplier Advance edit Configuration.

Introducing a new feature in the Master tab under the Organization section - Supplier Advance Edit Configuration. This feature allows users to configure the first advance edit for suppliers based on either the supplier price or a predetermined advance percentage set in the supplier detail page.

How it Works:

1. Navigate to the Master tab under the Organization section.

2. Find the new row named "Supplier Advance Edit."

3. Click on the radio button corresponding to your preference:

  If "Supplier price based" is selected:

   Users can edit the supplier advance up to the supplier price.

  If "Supplier configured advance percentage based" is selected:

   Users can edit the supplier advance up to the configured percentage set in the supplier detail page.

Note : For admin role users, the functionality remains the same as existing (price-based).

Supplier Advance Tab Enhancements for SRM role

Introducing an new enhancements to the Supplier Advance tab, specifically tailored for users with the SRM role users. With this update, SRM users will now have access to additional edit options for Supplier Price, Mamul, and TDS.

Key Enhancements:

Supplier Price Edit: SRM users can now edit supplier prices directly from the Supplier Advance tab, providing greater control over pricing adjustments without navigating to other sections.

Mamul Edit: SRM users can conveniently modify mamul amounts for suppliers within the Supplier Advance tab, streamlining the process of managing financial transactions.

TDS Edit: SRM users have the ability to adjust TDS amounts for suppliers directly within the Supplier Advance tab, ensuring accurate tax deductions with ease.

Timestamp Edit for billing role users.

With this update, billing role users now have the ability to edit a trip's timestamp directly from the Action column by clicking on the clock icon. This feature aims to provide greater flexibility and accuracy in managing trip details.

Key Highlights:

Timestamp Edit Module: When users click on the clock icon in the Action column, a Timestamp Edit module will be displayed.

Exact Timestamp Modification: Within the Timestamp Edit module, users can conveniently modify the exact timestamp of the trip to ensure accuracy in billing records.

Introducing new Trip Status as POD Verified

Introduced a new trip status, "POD Verified," to enhance our trip management system. With this update, trips will transition to the "POD Verified" status once their Proof of Delivery (POD) is verified. Additionally, after approval of the POD, trips will now move to the "POD Received" status, providing clearer visibility into the trip lifecycle.

Key Changes:

New Trip Status : "POD Verified": Trips will now be marked as "POD Verified" upon successful verification of their Proof of Delivery.

Transition to "POD Received": Upon approval of the POD, trips will move from the "POD Verified" status to the "POD Received" status.

Enhanced Clarity: This update ensures that the trip status accurately reflects the progress of the delivery process. Previously, trips marked as "POD Verified" were displayed as "POD Received," which could lead to confusion.
