Admin

Users with administrative privileges can perform all operational and accounts-related functions within the system. They are also authorized to manage employee data, including employee role management and other related details.

BM (Branch Manager)

Users with the BM (Branch Manager) role have the authority to manage branch-related data, covering both operational and accounting aspects, similar to the admin role. However, their access is limited to viewing data only for their respective branch. These users can perform all functions except for changing employee roles, which is restricted for them.

Accounts and Accounts Admin

In the Accounts role, users have access to only the accounts tab within the desk. They are able to execute all payment-related functions, including processing payments for customers, suppliers, and drivers for both advance and balance payments.

Traffic

The role of a traffic manager in a logistics company involves overseeing the movement of goods and materials. They are responsible for planning and managing the transportation of products, ensuring timely delivery, and optimizing routes for efficiency. Additionally, they handle communication with drivers, monitor vehicle maintenance, and address any issues that may arise during transit to guarantee a smooth and effective supply chain process.

Tracking

The role of Tracking involves monitoring and overseeing the movement and status of shipments, vehicles, or assets throughout the supply chain (All over the organization).

Branch Tracking

"Branch tracking" typically refers to the monitoring and management of operations, shipments, or activities specific to a particular branch or location within an organization.

EWB Tracking

Tracking EWB in real-time involves monitoring the movement of the goods and the associated E-Way Bill status throughout the transportation process. This can be done through digital platforms that provide real-time updates.

Supervisor

A supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the operational aspects of the supply chain.

Fleet Admin

Fleet Admin, is a professional responsible for overseeing and managing the various aspects of a company's vehicle fleet. They had an access to view all vehicles associate with on organization. Their Key responsibilities are :

  3. Fuel Management
  4. Driver Management
  5. Compliance and Regulations
  6. Telematics and Tracking
  7. Record Keeping

Fleet Manager

Fleet Managers have access to view and manage exclusively the trucks that are assigned to them. Operating within the Fleet Admin role, they possess the ability to perform all operational tasks similar to a Fleet Administrator.

Billing

Users with this role have the authority to verify and approve Proof of Delivery (POD) for trips. They had an access of only POD tab access in desk.

Customer Admin

Users with this role are tasked with handling all customer-related functions for the customers assigned to them. This includes monitoring and processing customer payment advances.

SRM (Supplier Relationship Management)

Users with this role are responsible for managing supplier payments assigned to them.

Indent Admin

Indent Admins have the authority to create indents for an organization, but their access is limited to this specific function, and they do not have access to other functionalities.

Regional Sourcing

In the role of regional sourcing, users have access exclusively to the bidding process for indents. Their responsibilities include bidding on supplier prices and engaging in negotiations with them.

Super Admin

Users with administrative privileges can perform all operational and accounts-related functions within the system as same as Admin .
