To enhance the user experience and provide comprehensive trip details, a Transaction Type column will be added to all sub-tabs within the Trips Tab on desk application. This column will display the transaction type of each trip, distinguishing between domestic and Exim transactions.

UTR Bulk Upload Feature

We're excited to introduce the UTR Bulk Upload feature, empowering users to streamline their workflow in the Accounts > Supplier > Payment tab. Now, users can effortlessly upload UTR numbers for Approved trips. Upon uploading the UTR number against Approved trips, the trips will automatically transition to the Paid status, enhancing efficiency in trip management.

Key Features :

UTR Number Upload :

 Users can now upload UTR numbers directly in the Accounts > Supplier > Payment tab, simplifying the process of updating payment details for trips.

Automated Status Update :

 Uploading the UTR number against Approved trips triggers an automatic transition of the trips to the Paid status, reducing manual intervention and ensuring accuracy in trip status management.

Sample Upload Format :

 To facilitate seamless UTR number uploads, users have access to a sample upload format document. This resource provides clear guidelines on the required format for UTR number upload, promoting consistency and accuracy.

Enhanced Workflow :

The UTR Bulk Upload feature enhances user workflow by streamlining the process of updating payment details and managing trip statuses. With automated status updates and easy access to sample upload format guidelines, users can efficiently track and manage payments for their trips.

How to Use :

Click on the upload icon located within the Accounts > Supplier > Payment tab. This action will prompt the Upload Payment module to appear.

Within the Upload Payment module, users can upload an Excel file containing UTR details for the respective trips.

Ensure that the Excel file adheres to the provided format guidelines for UTR upload.

Once the Excel file is selected, proceed with the upload process by following the on-screen instructions.

Upon successful upload, the system will automatically update the UTR details for the specified trips and transition them to the Paid status.

Users can verify the updated payment status of their trips within the Accounts > Supplier > Payment tab, confirming the successful upload and status transition.

ICICI Bank Format Download Feature

Introducing the ICICI Bank Format download feature, enhancing user convenience within the Accounts > Supplier > Payments tab. Now, users can effortlessly access the ICICI Bank format by simply clicking the download icon located at the top right corner of the page.

This action triggers the display of the Bank Excel Formats module, allowing users to download their preferred bank format with ease by clicking the download button.

Automatic Expiry Date Calculation for Manual E-Way Bill Update

Enhanced Functionality :

The system now automatically calculates the expiry date for manually added E-way bills, streamlining the process for users.

Calculation Method :

Expiry dates are calculated based on a rate of 200 km per day for the trip distance.

Example :

 For instance, if the trip distance is 650 km and the current date is 30th March 2024, the system will calculate the validity date as 2nd April 2024.

Display and Adjustment :

 The calculated expiry date is displayed to the user, who can also manually adjust the date to meet their specific requirements.

Efficiency Improvement:

 This automated feature simplifies E-way bill management, saving users time and effort in manual calculations.

Document Upload and Approval Enhancement in Accounts > Supplier > Advance Tab

Document Upload Expansion :

Users can now upload truck, driver, supplier, and trip documents directly within the Action tab of the Accounts > Supplier > Advance section.

Expanded User Access :

Users with SRM, Admin, and BM roles now have the ability to approve documents directly within the Action tab, streamlining the approval process.

Enhanced Efficiency :

This enhancement improves efficiency by centralizing document upload and approval functionalities, reducing the need for navigation between tabs and roles.

Addition of "From" Date Field in E-Way Bill Update

Improved Functionality :

The E-Way Bill update now includes a "From" date field in addition to the existing "To" date field.

Enhanced Date Range :

Users can now specify both the start and end dates when updating the E-Way Bill, providing more flexibility in date selection.

Streamlined Process :

This addition streamlines the E-Way Bill update process, allowing for more accurate tracking and management of date ranges.

Dynamic Trip Status Update with Payment Status

Dynamic Trip Tag Update :

Trip tags now change dynamically based on the payment status, reflecting either "Advance Approved" or "Advance Paid" status.

Improved Payment Status Visibility :

Users can easily track payment progress for each trip with updated trip tags, enhancing visibility and clarity.

Enhanced UTR Number Display with UTR Module

UTR Number Display :

UTR numbers are now prominently displayed in the trip card within the track application, providing users with quick access to payment details.

UTR Button :

If a trip has a UTR number associated with it, a dedicated "UTR" button will be displayed in the trip card.

UTR Module :

Clicking on the "UTR" button opens the UTR module, where users can view all supplier payments along with mode and UTR details.
